Travnik is a medium-sized town in central Bosnia with some 50,000 inhabitants. Of these around 4,000 are Catholic Croats. In 1949, a convent was established here by the Daughters of Divine Love, a congregation founded by Franziska Lechner in Vienna, Austria in 1868.
